Chiller - what you say has some sense to it but
. the BoD need to be made aware that unless they produce something in the v short term it will reflect v adversely on them and shareholders may dump them
. they should use whatever means is at their disposal to bring this project along as quickly as possible and not try and do it all themselves and take longer than otherwise would be the case

Time is money and destroys shareholder value.
Moreover in this case critical if there is not to be an ongoing dilution through the Bergen deal and lack of exercise of the options.

So concerned shareholders make your views known to the BoD - the more they hear from you there is a chance [albeit faint] that they might take notice.
