The binding agreement, if and when it comes, will have had many sets of eyes on it before it is signed. Many of those eyes belong to people outside of FAR as FAR is too small to hold all of the specialist skills to bring some a complex venture to fruition. Then you double or triple the eyes because of the parties on the other side of the JV...

Each set of eyes will know what the SP will do when that information is made public, so in many ways I would find it difficult to believe that there wont be some price/volume action prior to any positive announcement. I am sure that some people here will spot it, should it occur.

When? I'll take punt on the end of May but only because it would suit me and it would be nice to be right for a change.

As for how high, I could see it getting to 10-15c pretty easily; higher than that would depend on the nature of the agreement (% to FAR), and the spud date.
