Hi @midastouch0707, looking at the 3D Resources Sep 2011 quarterly report, it appears the purchase price for 75% of tenement E38/2274 was an initial $20k with further payments based on performance milestones of $50k and the issue of 500,000 shares.
Just wondering what performance milestones were involved in the $50k payment. Do you know if this payment has already been settled, or is it still somewhere in the future?
