Still relatively under the radar. Once this does get picked up...

    Still relatively under the radar. Once this does get picked up by media and investors this could rocket IMHO. For the gold investors here... this is like having grades of 100g/t close to surface!

    Re. processing costs, the latest announcement outlines that the mineralization is primarily coarse grained monazite! This is such an incredibly simple potential operation to concentrate into a monazite product (which is a saleable product today) and then to process further downstream into a REC and eventually REOs. With the NdPr and DyTb contained in this deposit this will be strategic to anyone who is currently in the industry (LYC, ILU, EF, MP) or others looking to get into the industry (Whitehaven?, Gina?). Then you have to remind yourself that you are mining through ore grade sands, which are super simple to concentrate, to get to the ultra high grade!

    This is shaping up to be such a compelling opportunity;

    1. Ultra high grades
    2. Overburden is ore grade material
    3. Simple mineralization
    4. First class management
    5. Mining friendly jurisdiction
    6. Outstanding Infrastructure
    AND
    7. Massive potential scale in an untapped, underexplored light & heavy rich REE province where BRE controls almost the entire region!
