I have just posted this on Short Term thread. About to come out of a long trading halt next week. AIS a private US company to put in $20 million at 10c a share. Current price is 5.7c Immediately cash flow positive. Just raised $1.5 million to help with transition costs, of which $1 million went to an owner of AIS. Announcement on 6th September explains the rationale for merge. Worth a read.When end it opens next week there will be the usual hesitancy at the opening then I believe it will run.Interesting times ahead.
