While in suspension and awaiting further advice I am not surprised they are taking time to review any ruling and ensure no challenge will present itself before making announcements . Then work out a way forward or pathway to reclaiming any other fees or funds while forensic over the books etc. Report to ASIC etc. I hope they can announce a clear direction and then once it is cleared away it will allow for a valuation and fully informed market and subsequently a market price . I don't expect a smooth run as may be as people fought hard on this as big $ have been risked and lost. Should remain at a significant discount due to risks IMO . It will get picked up by insiders at a discount as easy money in a big portfolio long term assuming no other landmines or hand grenades in the book and vehicle can be run efficiently or wound down . I don;t think they will wind it down as they won't want cash to go to allow certain people to restart again.
