"Further, Yowie is aware that the status of each of the Filing Parties as directors of Keybridgeis currently the subject of appeal proceedings before the New South Wales Court of Appealin which orders are sought to set aside the appointment of the Filing Parties as directors ofKeybridge. That appeal is due to be heard on 8 May 2025."
