They have put out tenders for various capital works. Also pipeline ROW was dependent on the Bureau of Land Management's recognition that the field is capable of commercial production.

The figures to the BLM are probably based on a combined 1mmcfd or 500cfd per well.

What more do you want ? the report is just over one month old.

And no they will not collapse when the options expire. It would be nice if they received the money but not essential.
