After nearly 10 years holding ctp today I sold my shares. I averaged down mainly by supporting most of the CR's but still averaged around 70 per share. As I am now retired I looked at the offer and made the decision to sell on market as the current price recieved is the same as maq are offering albeit with a chance of recieving a top up payment much later. However should the no vote win I am concerned that with the likely sp price collapse will make things extremely difficult for obtaining finance and big maq will end up with the company anyway. Looking at the risk factor I decided to sell my ctp shares and move on to other shares. I am already 3 cents per share higher from 1030 this morning til end of trading. I will miss the ctp threads and will drop in occasionally to say hello as this was my baby being 1 of the first shares I bought. I wish all holders well and hope you manage to see off the predators and end up with the company you deserve.
