I think this is a pretty weak outcome decision of the Takeovers Panel, given they had the power to subpoeana witnesses. Would have thought a bit more scrutiny and enquiry than an arms length assessment.
As far as the Board is concerned, they couldn't even look credible if they applied to TV4ME and attempted to sell an AB-BLASTER with a set of steak knives. CALL 1800 FLINDERS AMATEURS TO PAY IN 4 EQUAL INSTALMENTS.
