I think s/h simply do not have enough info to make a decision as to whether this is a good or bad move by the company.
RHT might be getting a bargain, and be able to put its foot on technology for future growth at a low cost.
If they do get it for a good price, then presumably not that many new shares would be issued.
It may well be a really good move?
But again, who knows?
The company really needs to clarify some of these issues urgently, to provide some comfort to s/h and the market.
