Reading the ann two things stand out:-
1. Fonda revenue, as manipulated by Reddys, is likely to diminish significantly to make it almost worthless
AND
2. Why are ACL reps flying to India to negotiate??.......Reddys wants to alter the agreement........get them to come to Aust.
Get them to spend the money.
ACL have already subsidised Reddys plant to the tune of $5mill (SH's money) and now the "wonderful" Board want a junket to India (more SH's money) as their final hooray!!
What corporate BS!!
