RESOLUTE MINING: Brendan Fogarty of State One Stockbroking said the share price of gold producer Resolute Mining has dived by about 25 per cent since May 11, while the gold price has retreated about 9.5 per cent.
"This stock has well and truly been oversold," he said.
"We expect a stronger gold price in the next 12 months and Resolute is strongly leveraged to gold price movements. It has largely fixed production costs so any gold price premium should flow directly to the bottom line."
