I thought Michelmore was chosen by OH as a very suitable person to CEO the newly merged OZ. If OH was as experienced and astute an operator his many disciples believed him to be, then just how could he have wanted to hand over his beloved Oxiana to Michelmore to be its CEO???

Smacks of very poor judgement on the part of Hegarty, imho. Certainly, he's been off his pedestal now well and truly with his decision-making. So much for 'experience' as the basis for appropriate decision making. OH's true colours are now very apparent.
