We were on the right bus with the wrong driver.
I'd still guess that the deal will go through, but the risk of admin has increased considerably. I'd say the banks are a good chance of pulling the bus off the road for a bit and changing the driver.
With commodities having bounced, and expectations that credit markets will free up more soon the likelihood of a counter bid increases. So unlikely that MM would pull out even if there was an administration.
