I initially bought into Unity after my daughter raved about their great service and high speed transmission. I am now concerned after my daughter has now changed her provider due to continual outages and was unable to speak to anyone at Unity to lodge her complaints. It is interesting to note that you can no longer complain on their website and i believe that is due to a large number of complaints re their outages being made on social media? Have their staff taken their eye off the ball due to their fast expansion rate, in particular this latest takeover which hasn't gone smoothly? Hopefully senior management get the message that they have been very successful to date due to their excellent service in the past, BUT that must continue or we may suffer a snowball effect! I will be watching my holding in UWL a lot more closely over the next few weeks.
