Telstra is a perfect example of a dying dinosaur that will be deserted the minute anyone with a better alternative turns up. I'm not sure Telstra a good example of a great investment opportunity either except for dinosaurs who can't think beyond the safety of what they've always known. Always good to understand how well a product is received by the end users. Can often be telling in separating the wanabe pretenders from the true success stories of the future.
