Telstra is hopeless though . Literally , could not get any Telstra assistance on the phone ( & theyre a telephone company! ) - due to their call centre being located off- shore in the Phillipines, which was shutdown.
They have been an absolute disgrace for much of the over 30 years of dealing with them, aside from immediately pre-covid years when they had become better , if done on the phone .
However- issues frequently messed up and not best dealt with. Over- paid . Things not done in best interests as a customer .
I would like to change provider ,& look at alternatives as I don’t have the NBN .
