absolutely agree with you, I haven't been able to speak to a human at Telstra for all these Covid months, for years I have tried to change our email address but the changes get lost from the Phillipines to here. I can't even speak to a human to delete our $15:00 premium service... there is none, if it weren't so awful it would be quite funny, perhaps a post Covid sitcom could be developed from this.
