Not consistent with LBTs numbers, sure. I'd say LBT probably did their calculations using a saving of 2 techs/scientist per year..I say that's dreaming.
Even by the 'standardised' methodology they quote in the presentation they claim an economic justification index of 0.41, that barely scrapes into the 'Good justification' range.
I'm just calling it how I see it from the labs point of view ie. APAS might allow us to lose 1 tech/scientist
