to be honest i never read it but i never thought they would pay for their shares, thats why i thought they "let the sp" slide, why would anyone say no to a preformance hurdle 100% above the sp price?
regardless 430 is the pie we need to come out. if thats green then we wont care, although dilution is killind the cream in the pie, although thats hardly not expected.
