Hi Bill ,
The MST Directors shareholding in my opinion
which may possibly be incorrect suggests a lack of belief
that MST would be a success and that the SP would be worth something more than .003 which it was at the time of the rights issue.
I think if I were the CEO of MST and privy to all the information available and believed in the future for the company as it was untill this week ,I would have led by example with say 20k of company shares. IMHO

Recently someone posted some of Warren Buffets criteria
for choosing companies to invest in. It was interesting that Directors hold a reasonable or whatever the right word is , amount of shares in the company.

My financial loss on MST now totals 57k or 58k no where near what some of you guys invested I know ,Im not blaming anyone I chose to invest my money though I do feel it entittles me to hold an opinion.
