Humpy , an announcement will hopefully explain the situation now ? I thought a .001 SP is as low as could traded on ASX ? Maybe not.
2M shares at .001 is $2000., 2M shares when diluted two decimal places is $20.
Either that or the SP remains at .001 and the shares are diluted so 2M shares is the 20k shares . ie 20k by .001 is $20.

If this happens ASOF will aquire the remaining shares on issue. I think that would be very likely hopefully Im incorrect.

Nothing has been mentioned about the Non interest bearing notes ? PNG etc .
