That is my understanding.
I have had previous good results from buying trusts below NTA because of market worries / mngmt problems, then taken over by new MNGT and paid out NTA.
I bought in at 37c, and will probably buy some more.
However I have to remind that these are so low because mkt does not trust Allco's NTA. (I don't completely either). And even published NTA has been going faster than divs paid out.
