There will indeed be many owners of uranium tenements in WA seriously affected by this legislation if it goes ahead. So many companies have invested considerable amounts of time and shareholders money in exploration of uranium tenements. Then there is the perceived sovereign risk. I can see compensation claims flooding in this is followed through with.
