The performance shares have been in place since the prospectus. It was implemented in a way to ensure they still hold control of the company and to protect them from a hostile take over.
The performance shares were inevitable and to be honest im glad it's behind us.
But i guess thats just my opinion and i dont care much for the short term price, im in this for the end game (5-10 years down the track) when were making revenue. I will make the most of the dips to build on my position
