I can't believe I am posting this after being bearish for so long but I now wish to ask advice from anyone who knows anything about the suburb of Bonbeach in Vic.
All advice and opinions appreciated - negative or positive welcome.
General growth expect expectations,streets to avoid? etc
Looking to buy a family home to renovate.
