Sabre, I can't believe I'm posting similar to you. I was going to post this chart this morning in response to WXYZ's bollinger post..... but changed my mind as it still does not conclusively indicate direction.
A venture outside the bollinger can result in a bounce, or the stock can trend the bollinger lower.
But after falling 6 out of the last 7 days, we are due for a bounce, and I would have to agree that being outside the Bolling adds weight to that argument.
The stochastic is as low as the proverbial pregnant snake's belly, from a position where bounces do occur...
And we've hit the lower channel from May top.
