Agreed, GMG would be financial criminals to pay a distribution of over $260M with uncertainty about the May refinancing
What they would of done and maybe should have done is suspend the distribution of the $260M for Dec 08 and also the next one. The saving of $260M for Dec 08 and say another $260M for June 09 would have paid the debt in full.
They are confident, maybe we should also be
