Market has been very punishing for last couple of years and especially for Mining industry which has reflected in our SP. From the numbers we have so far and projections for FY2014, Mining industry is recovering better and also more opportunities are open for private residential. This should help us to get good projects that are commercially viable.
I see the real intent from Management to reduce overhead costs and sell assets that were hindering growth of our share value. With proven assets of positive EBITDA retained, strong cash revenue from assets sale, I believe we would issue dividend starting FY2014 and this should ensure we get attention of Market and could be a turning point of shares from South to North.
I understand the frustration of LT holders (including me though I hold very little shares). I see more positives in coming year than we have ever seen in last 4 years and hope Management does not fail us once again.
