I think the balance sheet of this company looks good but Im just concerned about profits for the FY2014 and beyond. Once the Real Estate Assests are sold this only leaves the Mc Grath company providing any income. And given that McGrath only created EBITA of 4.4 in 2012 and 1.4 2013 that doesnt look alot to justify the current share price?

Is this a cigar butt stock? or is there strong growth potential and a case to really improve revenues/profits to double digit growth over the longer term?
