so even allowing for the market being crap at the moment, IYHO there is not chance that the share price will rise in the next 12 months.?
the share price would have to go up 7 times for me to break even,that doesn't include any interest that i have paid to GS finance, I have now taken out an interest only loan for 5 years and paid them out.

So my question still remains surelly this thing will get rerated at some stage and the share price will rise.

How about if they sell all the cattle at reasonable prices and then get rid of the land as well again at reasonable prices.
Then go back to what they did before sell MIS trees, for this to happen they would need some new rulings for the ATO but that could happen.
