    You are absolutely right. They have got away with it.

    My complaints to ASIC regarding GS and its independent experts have been rebuffed.

    Apparently enforcement of the Corporations Act is the responsibility of the ordinary punter.

    Compare ASIC's action in Project Transform with their action in so called "rumourtrage"

    The big end of town gets its own ASIC investigation squad while the ordinary GS MIS punter has to take its own action
