Something's up. SP now 1.36 up 5%. To think this sucker was 1.06 just over 3 weeks ago. That's a gain of 28%. With fwd EBITDA already splet out by BRS management on several occasions... it was a matter of time b4 SP leapt. Not to mention the Ferrovial TO offer constantly being extended. They'll have to offer more now.
