No idea what you're talking about I've ordered plenty of stuff from kogan and they've always the fastest to deliver. Funnily enough temple and webster and appliances.com.au were much slower, still waiting on a kitchen sink for 4 months whereas kogan's washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioners all came same week.
