Hi MXC Holders. I recently sent an email to MGC Pharma and asked for the location of their Malta operations and here is the reply:

Hello Denis,

Thank you for reaching out to MGC. Unfortunately, we are not able to give

out the address of our facility for a few reasons. firstly, security for the other

companies who are engaged in cannabis activities in the same complex. secondly,

as we have already have shareholders arrive at the site without coordination and

put both themselves and the company at risk, physically and liability wise.

I would recommend visiting malta as it is a truly beautiful island with much to see,

but at the end of the day the building site is just that...a building site with walls

and ceilings going in. i am supposed to recieve a bunch of photos of the progress

later this week and will happily share these with you.

Thanks for your interest and active shareholding, i believe you will be very

happy with where we are taking the company.
