I agree with your observation.
Revenue plus WIH was us$190m in Feb, which was a moderate 2.7% increase on pcp (au$240M/us$185m in Feb 2021)
Revenue plus WIH was us$297m in April, a much more decent increase of 14% on pcp (us$260m in Apr 2022)
The newly added "revenue plus WIH" in March & April this year amounted to $107m, which suggests strong sales momentums as compared to the $75m over the same period last year.
What confused me in APX's communication in relation to Telus's acquisition is why on earth they thought it was necessary to give un update on their revenue, which was even not a normal practice for APX. They have never ever mentioned actual revenue in their previous AGM business updates. The focus has always been "Revenue plus WIH".
And this time, they decided to do it differently.
It almost feels like they wanted this deal to fail...
