yes you an I are long term sufferers nipap. New management don't exactly suffer from verbal diarrhoea either with communication rather sparse. I think regarding old products and STE despite promises there must have been something lacking in their appeal to customers. I only hope this flight to cloud based products is better. MIND you though there is some substantial competition mounting already i.e... Telstra,NXT are two that spring to mind.
