I hear you stag - sounds like it has been a frustrating journey here.

I like the JCurve platform for SMEs. It makes sense to me to have your inventory mgt/billing/purchase order mgt on the cloud so that your staff can use mobile devices etc to book in transactions.

But there is a lot of competition at the SME level esp with Xero. Also the margins will be crimped as we are simply a re-seller and do not own the IP. nonetheless, it has some niche potential.

Agree that this mgt team is very much untested and at this stage the new MD is winner out of the deal.

In terms of the roll-up story here, I am looking for the next deal to be immediately EPS accretive and struck at a nice and 'cheap' multiple.

The new mgt team / BOD have stated that they realise for JCS to get on radar screens it will need to have scale. Can they do it? That is the risk we are taking in continuing to hold. Good luck mate.
