    ERP offering isn't Privacy Act compliant - the deadline for which is end of the month - can't see any new customers getting on board any time soon when you're storing information on servers in a foreign jurisdiction with no guarantee the information is secure. Payroll is not super stream compliant - further barrier to new customers signing up. Risk is all to the downside!
