    Have noticed that cougar.
    Won't take much to get this moving, this traded in a 20 -30cent range prior to the GFC so sentiment plays a big part in overlooked oilers.

    In the top 12% in cash holding
    relative to peers makes them very stable,
    And very cheap at well under cash backing.

    Will start to get noticed soon and could explode! IMO
