Apart from the SVW share how about their Transferable Extendable Listed Yield Share TELYS traded under
SVWPA on the Share Marked. That is down to about $70 right now and continues to drop. After incorporating the value of expected franking credits, the grossed-up Dividend Rate as paid against on the $100 payout figure
for the annual payment equates to 6.98% even with the 180 day BBSR down to 2.23%. If you buy them now at the current rate you are getting over 10% Interest. At 10% per year (Actually 5% twice a year). One would think the punters would be rushing in to buy. hat if anything is wrong with these SVWPA's
