I do not believe that management can do any more than they are currently doing to show the investment community that this is an extremely well run operation with a balanced and credible growth story which should be funded out of operating free cash flow. Furthermore they are now showing the confidence to start rewarding shareholders with a divi payment which beats its peers. I have to assume that in the short term this company will be rewarded with a re-rate at which time this share has at least a 30% improvement potential from this starting point.
