Vooni, I just did a bit of looking around the net and found the following from The Australian 26/2/08 by John Durie:

"In a sign of things to come, Allco was forced to take a 25 per cent discount on its 37.6 per cent equity stake in US power assets it was to buy with Industry Funds Management.

Instead of Allco paying $287 million to take up its equity stake, IFM will pay about $220 million for the same position, with Allco wearing a $72 million loss."

Sorry to mislead you about the $200m, as it appears to be 'only' $72m.
