I presume the "bozo" you are refering to John Kinghorn. He advised on 23 Jan becoming a Substantial Shareholder with 6.8% and subsequently on 4 March announce he had increased to 9.75%. ASX rules state that he must inform the company which in turn must notify the market of any movement of 1%+/- once you are a Substantial Shareholder (above 5%). You must do so within a couple of days, so I can only presume he hasn't increased or decreased his holding in the past three weeks. Strange, given the price dropped to 20c a few days ago. You would have thought that to be an ideal opportunity for an aquisitive shareholder to exploit.
