I think the latest capital raise was a two pronged event, one being to distance themselfs from certain ex controling elements buy insureing that the numbers are no longer stacked to one side and getting some people on side who can give this a good nudge, I also believe that the scoping study whith the upgreaded results would only be a week or two away!!
Maybe with the thorn removed from the side yrr may start to move a little quickly!!
