Mickpav, it's too late for updates for many who have suffered huge losses through the board's actions. The board can't reverse the damage they have already caused to many longer term shareholders or former shareholders. Time to pull the plug, regardless of the ramifications. YRR holders have suffered but GPN shareholders and optionholders have been burnt most through dilution that no amount of updates can compensate. I didn't get into GPN in 2003 to be railroaded by this board who seized control of the company in 2005.
I will refrain from commenting on AGU, GPN or YRR and leave it up to ASIC to decide whether the deals are above board or not. I will now be guided by their decision as to what I do next.
