He also quoted Goldman Sachs as affirmation, which recommends TLS as a "Buy"- with an expected SP of $4.70 over the next 12 months. (This recommendation is not based on an assumption that TLS will sell part of its infrastructure assets. If this occurs, I assume the SP target will be much higher than $4.70).
