    The potential $6.4b offer, by Vocus, for some of TPG's fixed infrastructure (ie not TPG's mobile etc. infrastructure) bodes well for the value, & possible monetisation & sale, of 49% of TLS's much larger InfraCo Fixed Division..

    I particularly noted, & liked, this comment from itnews R. Crozier, who 1.8.23 said

    "The telco said that the offer was one of an undisclosed number (my emphases) that it received following astrategic review of its wholesale residential fixed access business, Vision Network, in October last year.

    Vision Network isthe rebrand of TPG Telecom's wholesale arm.".

    I assume there is much Funds' etc. interest in TLS InfraCo Fixed possible sale.
