Once acquisition is completed and approved after the due diligence programs AVZ need to complete the following all about the same time;
Release Tranche 2 with 125M shares, juiced with options
US$2M cash to Cominere
US$0.75M cash to Dathomir
A$3.5-3.6M total
260M shares to Dathomir with no escrow.
Dathomir already has 10% so may not be interested in holding AVZ stock
60M shares to non related AVZ parties
So if they want hit the ground running hard after the due diligence drilling program then its likely another cap raise is need at the same time.
No doubt this is elephant country, perhaps even you can say they have a known elephant in the jungle. The news flow and drill programs around the option period would need to be carefully managed, expect some epic volatility how they have structured the acquisition.
